Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a consultant to ensure alignment, engagement, and coordination among diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas. You will lead the design, development, and execution of training and communication strategies that support organizational transformation, enhance stakeholder understanding, and sustain change adoption. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic communications, oversee training programs that advance learning outcomes, and measure performance impact to ensure initiatives achieve intended business results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of strategic communication and training plans to support business initiatives and organizational change.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with executive leadership and project sponsors to ensure communication and training strategies drive understanding and adoption.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, fostering buy-in and alignment for change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and training outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change management, communication, and training activities.
• Create and manage project documentation, status updates, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Apply adult learning principles and best practices to ensure effective delivery and knowledge retention.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures throughout project and program execution.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level communication and training programs.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for varied audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and communication tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel.
