About This Role
Join our team at The Associated Clinic of Psychology as a Medical Records Associate! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our busy mental healthcare practice. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely medical records management while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
What You'll Do
- Scan and upload documents to client accounts in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Organize and sort client visit questionnaires
- Process Release of Information requests in full compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations
- Manage incoming faxes and emails with prompt, professional responses
- Review files for upcoming appointments and ensure all paperwork is current
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of medical records auditing experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, flexible team player with excellent prioritization skills

Starting Pay Range: $19-$23/hour. Actual compensation may vary as determined by education, experience, and skillset.
