  • Tool and Template Maintenance: Updating shared project templates, dashboards, or collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, SharePoint) to reflect evolving team needs.
  • Filling in for Absent Team Members: Temporarily stepping in to cover meeting facilitation or task tracking when a team member is unavailable.
  • Supporting Change Management Activities: Helping coordinate communications, training, or stakeholder engagement during transitions or rollouts.
  • Contributing to Lessons Learned or Post-Mortem Reviews: Participating in or documenting retrospective sessions to capture insights for future projects.
  • Assisting with Budget Tracking or Procurement Requests: Occasionally helping track project-related expenses or coordinating with finance/procurement teams.
  • Coordinating Cross-Functional Social or Recognition Events: Supporting team-building or recognition efforts tied to project milestones or completions.
  • Monitoring External Dependencies: Keeping informal tabs on external vendor timelines or third-party deliverables that impact project schedules.
