Work Schedule: 100%, day shift working Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. You will work at the UW Medical Foundation Centennial Building in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: Coordinate and process incoming occupational health assessments (B-reads) for organizations across the country. Distribute final B-read reports via facsimile when completed. Track monthly B-read reports in Excel for billing purposes. Process incoming x-ray images from internal sources and external clinics for diagnostic interpretation. Manage the documentation and monthly billing for diagnostic interpretation services. Use multiple software applications concurrently to process exams and reports.
