About the Role Join Oregon Medical Group's Primary Care team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate providing preventive care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute conditions in an outpatient setting. Providers are responsible for evaluating patients, ordering labs and tests, prescribing medications, and documenting care in the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program
• Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification before start date
• Strong patient care, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Primary Care or managed care experience

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $110,000 - $166,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
