Primary Purpose The Technology & Digital Capability & Product Owner Senior II - Employment Contract position partners with HR and IT to execute the systems and data vision, driving modernization, automation, governance, and operational efficiency across HR systems, data, and processes. This role performs hands-on reporting and analytics to support executive requests, operational reporting, and data discovery. It also thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes effectively as part of a small, high-impact team. The role shapes the product vision for assigned components and aligns delivery with strategic goals. It leads backlog refinement, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures digital solutions enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
