Support EMEAI BUs with technical expertise/ customer knowledge and doing liaison between the plants, Technical, and commercial as well as own the Opp Cost metrics - maintain Quality metrics and ensure balance between GSC and the BU at the item level. Reporting to the Quality Excellence Manager the Quality Manager BU GI Liquid working in collaboration with other Quality excellence BUs in the different regions, assisting GSC to achieve their Quality KPI's. Understand clearly customer expectation and improve customer satisfaction with a clear GI Quality improvement strategy. QMBU's may also lead specific quality initiatives or projects relating to quality & opportunity cost within GSC Quality Team. QMBU may need to support GSC Quality when required on customer quality matters. High image and exposure position for General Industrial business. Candidate will have frequent interactions with marketing, sales, technical, operations, accounting teams.
