Provide highquality customer support by serving as the primary quality representative for assigned customers Ensure compliance with applicable quality, food safety, and environmental regulations and standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, GFSI, cGMP, ICH Q7) Partner crossfunctionally to understand customer requirements, quality expectations, and IFF management plans Manage technical commercialization activities, including risk assessments and approvals for materials, packaging, and labeling Create, maintain, and deliver customerfacing product documentation such as Product Descriptions, Certificates, and Statements Manage product quality and food safety complaints, including investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer communication Serve as IFF's representative in customer quality meetings, audits, and assurance activities, including site visits as required Manage product master data in SAP and support information flow for new products and product changes Measure KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support additional quality workflows such as product returns and deviations
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in science or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in food ingredients, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or quality/regulatory roles Strong knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, HACCP, and quality management systems Handson, serviceoriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with IT platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders globally
