We are looking for a process-driven Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Platforms & Devices (P&D) Tech Impact Awards (TIA) program, a critical, high-visibility recognition initiative that celebrates our organization's most impactful technical achievements.

This role manages the entire annual awards lifecycle, which requires data integrations, high-volume communications, and seamless cross-functional coordination. You will be the central operational hub for the program, balancing consistency with the company-wide Google TIA (GTIA) program while scaling P&D's unique hybrid evaluation model.

What You Will Own:

Strategic Execution & Governance: You will coordinate the annual cycle from kick-off (October) through final awards (March). This includes managing the master timeline, ensuring alignment with GTIA, and overseeing the final lock-down of the 16 P&D recipients.

Operational Excellence: You will design and maintain all core program infrastructure, including eligibility verification checks, nomination tracking systems (using Google Sheets/Tools), and documentation.

Stakeholder & Comms Management: You will manage the communications and deadlines for a diverse set of stakeholders, including seven Product Group TIA Leads, senior executives (SLT/Rick Osterloh), and cross-functional partners like HR and Comms.

This includes preparing executive briefs for final approvals and orchestrating the PA-wide award announcement and subsequent recipient notifications.

Final Submission and Recognition: You will ensure all P&D TIA recipients are correctly submitted to the Google TIA program and that all winning key contributors receive their non-cash spot bonus, Moma badge, and public recognition.

Retrospective: You will be responsible for leading a reflection on the program to identify process improvements from this cycle to integrate into next year's recognition program.
