Store Hours: Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back of House Associate to support the overall success of our store. This role is responsible for maintaining high visual standards behind the scenes and on the floor, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing flexible assistance to the store team as needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating an organized, visually appealing environment and works well in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Qualifications:
A starting compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other
business/organizational
needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
