Job Title: Lead Account Manager
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Occasional On-site in Riverside, RI)

About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Account Manager to elevate how we nurture, grow, and wow our most important accounts. You'll help us execute our account-based strategy: making every account feel seen, supported, and inspired. You'll lead proactive communication, research client priorities, and turn insights into quarterly pitches that show we're always thinking ahead.
This is part relationship builder, part strategist, part creative instigator. You’re here to help us turn 'accounts' into long-term partnerships where we all win through creative work.
What You’ll Own
- Serve as the account voice of across key accounts along with creative leadership and project management
- Build trust with clients through regular check-ins and proactive engagement
- Lead account planning and strategy sessions internally
- Coordinate quarterly review and pitch cycles with internal creative and strategy teams
- Research client industries, competitors, and upcoming campaigns to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers and creative directors to align delivery with client expectations
- Ensure clear briefs, timelines, and updates are flowing between internal and client teams
- Track and measure account health, project KPIs, and satisfaction
- Support onboarding and relationship-building for any net new accounts
- Be a client advocate; bring feedback, concerns, and ideas back to the team
What Success Looks Like
- Clients feel known, supported, and energized by our partnership
- We pitch at least one new idea per quarter to every key account
- We retain and grow our top accounts with repeat work and referrals
- Project teams have the clarity and context they need to deliver with excellence
- Net new clients are onboarded smoothly and see value early
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in account management or client strategy, ideally in a creative or agency setting
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive, spotting opportunities before they’re requested
- Comfortable leading client conversations, pitches, and quarterly reviews
- Familiar with video, creative, and/or marketing workflows
- Excited to partner with producers, creatives, and leadership to grow impact
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Pharma and/or tech experience a plus.
