AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: The Talent Mobility Lead is a strategic partner responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that encourage internal movement and growth of employees across the organization, and facilitate employee relocation. This role is a key driver of employee engagement and retention by providing clear and transparent career pathways. This leader will work to build a culture of internal growth while building a more agile, resilient, and skilled workforce. THE PERSON AMD is seeking a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into talent initiatives and connect the dots across the organization. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and influencer, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and driving cultural change in a global setting. They should possess strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making to measure program effectiveness and influence decisions. The candidate must be a collaborative leader, able to work effectively across departments and with HR partners, and quick to resolve issues or improve processes. Additionally, they should be proactive and creative in identifying and resolving issues related to internal talent processes and employee transitions.
