America Communications Manager Industrial Flow Division

As the America Communication Manager in the Industrial Flow division, you will play a key role in shaping and executing comprehensive communication strategies that closely align with the company's mission, vision, and values. This dynamic position entails leveraging a blend of company knowledge, strategic communication expertise, and technical skills to drive impactful, customer-centric touchpoints.

You will actively create, communicate, and execute the marcom plan in the region of your responsibility (North and South America), following divisional goals and priorities and especially supporting accelerating all technologies' market entries.

You will be responsible for validating the global content translations, while creating local content as required, following the procedures and guidelines set by the division. This position will work closely with the divisional communications team and the brand managers.

In this role, you will report to General Manager of the Industrial Flow Customer Center in Houston, North America, and with dotted line to the Vice President Communications of Industrial Flow Division, and the General Manager of the Industrial Flow Customer Center in South America.

You will

For Strategy and business understanding:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's processes, offerings, customer base, and industry landscape to lead local communication initiatives effectively.
Collaborate with local sales teams to support market entries.

For Branding:
Maintain the brand's integrity across all communication initiatives.
Ensure all communications and branding efforts adhere to the respective Brand manual and Atlas Copco Group Brand guidelines.
Safeguard the quality level of assets and messaging according to Atlas Copco Group standards.

For Content Creation:
Validate content translations in local languages.
Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Local campaigns content creation, in collaboration with the division and the Brand managers.

For Product Launches and Marcom Campaigns:
Adapt and execute local campaigns, mainly digitally, that include key messaging, content, visuals, and other necessary materials, following global content.
Support creating promotional content across multiple channels to align with product launch timelines.
Implement marketing communication initiatives to generate quality leads, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, marketing automation, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Actively support other local activities such as Tradeshows and Customers' events

For PR and Media:
Support translation processes and content localization when needed.
Craft compelling stories that enhance brand positioning and engage stakeholders.

• You have 3 - 5 years of experience, working as a Communincation Coordinator or similar.
• Fluency in English and spanish, spoken and written, is a must. Other languages are an advantage.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Huston, United States (US).
