The Operations Technician l should have a basic understanding of Transmission (Optical and Electrical, including Ethernet,)Switching and IP (routers/ or higher-layer) protocols. This role is a Hybrid position. Team members are required come in at least one day per week, however that is at the discretion of the manager and the business unit. You may be asked/required to come into the office for trainings, meetings, and other significant functions. The Main Responsibilities
