TEKsystems is hiring a group of Online Banking Specialists to assist a client located in the Wakefield, Massachusetts area. These positions will offer a fully REMOTE schedule once training is completed. This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. * * Qualifications -Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (open to considering corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.) -Friendly, outgoing, positive, "can-do," enthusiastic, motivated personality/attitude. -Ability to articulate solutions in a demanding environment -Previous retail banking experience highly preferred but not required Job Description -Provide outstanding service via phone and email to all online banking end users with outgoing personality and professionalism; successfully address customer questions and concerns -Provide a high level of customer service to all online banking end users -Provide support to online banking call volume for the customer service center Hours/Shift Training (8-10 weeks) Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm After training new hires will be asked to work a 40-hour shift between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday also will be asked to work Saturday hours 8am-3pm Pay $20-23/hr. (based off experience) This position is of immediate need/immediate hire and is looking to start in the next couple of weeks.
