Job Description What is the opportunity? This position represents a broad set of US WM Marketing departments providing identification, clarification and project leadership on key productivity, efficiency and marketing transformation initiatives. This person will serve as a delegate for the US WM Head of Marketing Activation and Field Enablement on key initiatives by providing process design, expert product knowledge, technical expertise, and problem solving unique to one or more specialty areas. This person must work effectively and collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve quality and timely delivery of solutions. This position could involve vendor management and risk management responsibilities and is expected to understand and represent the needs of Marketing as it pertains to the assigned projects and to effectively provide two-way communications throughout the project life cycle to vendors, delivery providers and key stakeholders, including the Marketing Senior Management team. The expected salary range for this particular position is $85,000-$150,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
