Staffmark is hiring on behalf of our client for a direct hire Customer Service Representative in Winchester, KY. If you enjoy helping people find solutions and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, this may be the right fit for you.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, accurately enter information, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to a team committed to service excellence. To succeed, you'll need strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and be comfortable working with phone systems and computers. A High School diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service or call center experience preferred.

Schedule




  • Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
  • On-site only; applicants must be within commuting distance of Winchester, KY
