Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Global Sales Director for our Infrastructure Solutions Group to lead our strategic partnership with IBM across its Global Accounts segment. This role will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth by selling to and through IBM, including IBM Technology Lifecycle Services, IBM Technology Group, and IBM Consulting.

As a senior leader within Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group, you will collaborate closely with the IBM GA CTO, Lenovo's IDG, SSG, CSP & OEM Segment Sales Leaders, and regional and country sales teams. You will also align with the IBM Account Managing Director to shape and execute a global partnership strategy that delivers mutual success in the marketplace.

Preferred Qualifications :
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and consultative skills, including experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of Lenovo's Infrastructure and Services portfolio.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and enabling sales organizations for success.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute complex partnership programs globally.
Basic Qualifications : 10+ years in sales leadership and business development, preferably in global or enterprise environments selling infrastructure.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
