We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead, shape and grow our automotive connection systems within our standard product portfolios. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on product leadership, integrating responsibilities from both global and regional level product management roles.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and coach product managers to develop roadmaps and make data-driven decisions.
  • Define, coach and execute product strategy for our automotive connectors.
  • Work to enhance customer acceptance in other industries of our standard product families to deliver growth in terms of revenue and profit to the company.
  • Experience in developing and executing global pricing strategies.
  • Own product portfolio, roadmap, P&L, and manufacturing footprint.
  • Develop short-term growth strategies and long-term (1-5 year) strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and ecosystem partners to ensure value chain alignment.
  • Make strategic decisions on priorities and resource allocation to achieve business outcomes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the automotive or electrical connectors industry. Engineering, Business or Marketing degrees preferred.
  • Experience supervising others or developing and training others
  • Proven ability to launch successful products and manage lifecycle including End of Life.
  • Ability to travel: 5-10% (domestic and international)
