Team/Position Summary: Within Nintendo of America's (NOA) Latin America team, the Manager Retail & Online Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing product launches, marketing campaigns, marketing calendars, and in-store events that are designed to increase sales and consumer awareness for Nintendo and its product lines in Latin America.

JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develops panregional launch programs for new hardware, software and accessories, including strategies, messaging, branding, and execution to increase awareness of and engagement with Nintendo products and initiatives.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of retail merchandising plans while continuously monitoring and implementing improvements.
  • Leads account specific marketing plans with internal and external partners that include, but are not limited to: advertising, promotions, merchandising, weekly ads, and retail.com.
  • Manages and approves budgets for projects and initiatives.
  • Leads cross-functional teams on the alignment of creative and merchandising approaches.
  • Presents campaign strategy, creative, key performance metrics, and marketing materials to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leads and directs team and agencies on creative and merchandising projects and culturally relevant communication.
  • Leads all implementation, branding and ongoing maintenance of interactives at the point of sale for the region.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Seven or more years experience in online merchandising, retail marketing, marketing programs, or related within the Latin America market.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Experience with product promotion and brand management and the creation of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Strong PC skills ( including Windows, Excel, Power Point).
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry helpful.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field or equivalent.
  • Bilingual skills (verbal and written) in Portuguese preferred with Spanish being a plus.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $117,400 - $211,300 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
