Here's what you'd do:

• The client is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support an increase in incoming calls related to member plan changes.
• This team will play a key role in listening to member concerns, confirming plan updates, and providing next-step guidance - connecting them with a senior department or directing them to an on-site location for in-person assistance.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (3 months). Possible temp to direct.

• High School Diploma or GED.
