Job Summary
- Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of product when not functioning to specifications
- Develop testing procedures
- Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities
- Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures and test equipment
- Analyze customer requirements and develop testing procedures
- Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
- Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
- Perform other assignments associated with test and test department as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in reading and applying
information from wiring lists, wiring schematics, process sheets and
procedures. - Intermediate to Advanced computer skills; ability
to open programs and input data - Understanding
of electrical safety. - Ability to learn on the job training skills as it
relates to various electronic test equipment. - Comprehensive understanding of electronic theory
and ability to interpret results - Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed
Required Experience and Education
- H.S.
Diploma or GED - BS
EE Required - Prior demonstrated experience working with and
troubleshooting electrical components preferred but not required.
ITAR/EAR Compliance: This position requires
access to export-controlled information and/or hardware, and candidates
must be U.S. Persons that comply with all U.S. Export control laws and
regulation. As such, U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident
status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or the ability
to meet ITAR and EAR requirements is required.
