Recruiter: Amy O'Brien / amy.obrien@airgas.com / 620-945-0528 The Supply Chain Solutions Technician at Airgas plays a crucial role as the primary customer contact for packaged gases, welding hard goods, and safety concerns. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Outlook Service Model, which includes managing packaged gas deliveries and programs, ensuring safe handling practices, and streamlining order processing and invoicing. The technician will proactively manage customer product needs to prevent emergencies and will also initiate and execute cost-reduction programs, generate reports, and handle daily customer interactions at their sites.
