Job Requisition ID:92570 Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Intern to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team in strategic communication, education, and enterprise-wide engagement initiatives. The intern will contribute to both structured programs (e.g., Strategic Education and Communication) and provide ad hoc support for other ERM projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of enterprise training programs and phishing awareness campaign.
- Support the development of communications and learning materials that translate technical risk concepts into clear, engaging messages.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as newsletters, events, and "Food for Thought" sessions.
- Provide ad hoc support to the ERM team.
- Help track and analyze program metrics (e.g., completion rates, survey results).
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative communications a plus. Ability to design and deliver engaging content (presentations, newsletters, infographics, or short videos) that makes complex risk topics clear and relatable.
- Interest in cybersecurity, enterprise risk, and organizational culture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic design or e-learning tools is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Transparency Salary Range:$25/hr Overtime eligible: Discretionary bonus eligible: Sales bonus eligible: Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
