Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with space for flooring samples
• Comfortable bringing flooring and carpet samples into customer homes
• Ability to attend in-person and virtual sales meetings and trainings
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Achieve a minimum of 2 self-generated sales per month
• Ability to use tablets, measuring devices, and sample boards for presentations
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible schedule: evenings and weekends required
• 100% commission with bonus opportunities
• First-year earnings: $50,000-$70,000, top performers can earn more

Job Summary:

Provide outstanding customer service and connect with customers to meet their in-home flooring needs. Hot leads will be provided, giving you the chance to maximize your earnings.

Key Duties:

• Contact potential customers and establish relationships
• Conduct in-home product demonstrations
• Recommend flooring products based on customer needs
• Foster professional relationships and provide excellent service
• Utilize provided leads and generate additional sales opportunities
