Manufacturing Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join a growing company in Florence, KY, specializing in powder and liquid chemical products across multiple industries. Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $19.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM | $19.50/hour

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor production machinery, including mixers, reactors, and packaging equipment
• Set up machines according to established procedures
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of machine operating experience
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
