The Job The position will be responsible for the month-end closing, overseeing the GL account reconciliation ARC's module within Oracle and working with the cross functional teams to support the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement reporting. Oversee all accounting activities and related audits, fixed assets, accounts payable processing including year-end 1099 reporting, commission payment processing, and integration of strategic expansion opportunities. In addition to core responsibilities, this role is accountable for overseeing the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes within the function, driving continuous improvement and change management initiatives. This role will play a key role in identifying opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and innovation, and will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and adoption of process changes.
