Work Shift:

Salary Exempt (United States of America) We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the growing IS team at our Atlanta corporate office. The Business Systems Analyst would be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring, building and maintaining solutions in O365, D365, and SharePoint. The analyst will work closely with the Product Manager, Systems Architect and external partners to configure/develop applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will be flexible; working across business functions, development, maintenance and in support of business applications built. As Altium implements new applications, this position will be involved in enhancing and supporting them.

Primary responsibilities:
* Work closely with business partners and team members to build and maintain business processes/ requirements within new and existing systems
* Translate requirements to build and maintain technical specs: Develop use cases and functional specifications.
* Design, plan, develop, implement, maintain, and support solutions within the Office 365 portfolio: SharePoint Online, Office Web Apps, PowerBI, Flow and PowerApps, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or other similar 3rd party tools.
* Programs, configures, tests and implements automation processes, development of smart forms, business rules and reusable workflows
* Oversee unit and system testing, focused on requirements.
* Support project implementation: Assist the business with user training, acceptance criteria, and user acceptance testing.
* Utilize agile development methodologies and Industry best practices
* System Administration and support: Help end users by troubleshooting, coordinating, and maintaining production systems resolutions.
* Administrator of Websites with WPEngine platform and WP content management system.
* Stays current on technology and emerging trends.

  • Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
* At least five (5) years of experience analyzing business processes and providing systems solutions.
* At least 3 years' experience with Agile in a live environment.
* Analytical thinker, problem solver to identify root causes.
* Ability to adapt and understand new and emerging technologies.
* Ability to take on more complex tasks.
* Interpersonal and consultative skills.
* Data driven, solution-oriented, adaptable, analytical, and possesses an eagerness to learn each business unit's systems, capabilities, and technologies.
* Ability to Recommend process improvements.
* Analyze a solution to determine the success: Documenting savings and value; ability to communicate this to stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively across multiple levels.
* Presentation and reporting skills: Strong Microsoft skills and best practices.
* Interested in working within an office and manufacturing environments.
* High-energy, hands-on individual with strength of convictions demonstrating outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
* Familiar with using Smartsheets, Planner, Jira or similar tools for tracking agile user stories and tasks.
* Experience with SharePoint, Process automation software/workflow solutions, SQL, Cloud computing, SAP Business Objects (BI Suite), and Microsoft Power BI (or data visualization tools) preferred
* Understands system engineering concepts (e.g. networks, servers).
* Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities.
