Communications and Change Manager Rockville MD / Hybrid Pay From : $130,000/yr MUST : Eligible for Public Trust 7+ years of professional experience in reporting and communication 5+ years of professional experience working with communication platforms such as SharePoint pages, survey sites, and UX experience for websites 3+ years of experience in communication management in leadership capacity 1+ years of experience with SAP or Concur or other Travel systems Strong SharePoint experience is desired Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint or Visio Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to run presentation to leadership and effectively communicate and present data effectively across multiple offices and teams High attention to detail and accuracy and very organized Bachelor's Degree is desired DUTIES : The Communication Change Manger will be supporting the Federal Client during a large migration into a new system This candidate will lead all communication efforts for the project to Client leadership, partners and users The Communication Change Manger will establish and practice a "total information awareness" environment Prepare briefings as necessary, develop information narratives and post them to appropriate internal sites, coordinate with the Transition Manager and team to develop and coordinate Department-wide communications on the project This person will host listening sessions with Operating Division travel program officials and the at-large workforce to foster adoption Help design and create communication strategy and plan that aligns to Client's internal strategic plans, and which will encompass the implementation project and its transition/stabilization period Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
