Overview of the Role:The Finance Data Office (FiDO) FSGC (Finance & Strategy Governance Committee) team is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst. In this unique role, the Sr. Business Analyst will serve as the FSGC Data SME for the Finance & Strategy (F&S) Sales team, owning and auditing data mapping files, providing expert support, and ensuring data integrity and scalability. They will manage business change intake, translate requirements into metadata and mapping solutions, and support execution of validated updates across Foundation Data Model (FDM), Budget accountability mapping (Leaderview), Targets setting mapping for Corporate and Sales (Targets file), and data platforms like Workday, Hyperion Essbase and Snowflake. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to elicit and analyze business requirements, evaluate existing processes, and identify gaps or inefficiencies. The analyst will translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation and will manage resource allocation to leverage various FiDO data and process capabilities, ensuring solutions are both scalable and effective. The role includes analyzing datasets, building reports and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders and governing bodies, supporting large-scale transformation projects, and maintaining documentation and training to enable efficient, aligned, and compliant data operations within FiDO to drive our vision of
