Overview
The State of Vermont seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Director of Field Services within the Agency of Digital Services (ADS), providing strategic oversight of Deputy Directors and assigned staff. The Director is responsible for ensuring the reliable delivery of technology and operational support services to State Agencies, driving modernization initiatives, and advancing equity by tailoring solutions to meet diverse agency needs. This critical leadership role helps ensure Vermont's agencies have the tools and support necessary to deliver high-quality services to Vermonters. Key Responsibilities

The pay range for this exempt position is expected to be between $100,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Who May Apply
