About the Role

We are seeking an intern to support the President and COO to support Polar to determine estimated cycle times and pricing. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Technology Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Create a template for unit processes at Polar and times associated with them.

* Create a template for unit processes at Polar and costs associated with them.

* Establish a baseline.

* Create an automated version for sales / business development to use themselves for quick and easy estimates for costs and cycle times.

Qualifications Required:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Interest in semiconductors, manufacturing, or technology industries.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

What We Offer:

Salary: $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.

Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes 401(k) plan and paid time off.
