Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and specifications. * Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units. * Develop process models, workflows, and documentation. * Assist in the design and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. * Support project management activities, including planning and reporting. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making. * Ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile, Scrum). * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Experience with relevant software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio).
