Here's what you'd do:

• As a Growth Designer, you will drive customer acquisition, activation, and expansion through thoughtful design that balances user needs with business objectives.
• You'll be instrumental in executing our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, creating experiences that help customers discover value quickly and grow with our platform.
• Design intuitive product experiences to support scalable growth with a data-driven approach and bias toward rapid experimentation.
• Execute against Product-Led Growth roadmap to increase product awareness and drive expansion revenue through seamless upgrade and cross-sell experiences.
• Collaborate with UX research, product management, engineering, and marketing teams to understand users and translate insights into design artifacts that guide development decisions.
• Conduct user research studies that support and iterate on solutions to improve key growth metrics.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver seamless user experiences that drive measurable business impact.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing mastery of UI and UX principles spanning design systems, user research, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and more.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 / hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week M-F, 9 AM-5 PM

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in web and product design in growth design and conversion optimization.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with UX research fluency conducting studies and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Figma

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Storybook or usertesting.com.
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms and B2B audiences.
• Proficiency with Figma and ability to create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Proven track record of using data and experimentation to validate design hypotheses and measure success.
• Deep understanding of designing within real-world technical constraints, design system frameworks, and functional requirements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to drive strategic projects forward.
• Exceptional attention to detail, from high-level strategy to final execution.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to balance creative vision with business needs to deliver high-quality, scalable design solutions.
• Good conceptual thinking paired with exceptional design craft.
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and take initiative without needing direction.
• Excel in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Bring creativity and curiosity to design for complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Enjoy collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing.
