Location: Rivergate Distribution Center, 7000 N Leadbetter Rd, Portland OR 97203
ABOUT THE POSITION
As Sr. Operations Manager, Distribution, you'll lead all operational functions within our distribution center, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence in every process. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape processes, develop talent, and help us achieve ambitious growth objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners and inspire a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Lead and develop a team of managers and supervisors across departments.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements that enhance safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Set clear expectations for KPIs, quality, and compliance with company standards.

  • Anticipate and resolve operational challenges with innovative solutions.

  • Support large-scale transformation projects contributing to long-term supply chain goals.

  • 5-7 years of experience managing distribution or e-commerce operations in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Expertise in process improvement and operational metrics.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WMS applications.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
