We have an opportunity for a Materials Cycle Counter to join our Simi Valley, CA team. You will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products. Performs line assembly operations to produce and assemble through Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.

You will:

• Performs a variety of duties and functions to ensure the accuracy of the inventory counts through established company procedures and policies.
• Run Cycle Count Reports, Cycle count products, and reconcile variances using various reports and processes.
• Find root cause of variance.
• Provide feedback to department on problems and reoccurring problems.
• Input cycle count results into computer.
• Maintain files and records for cycle counting.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with cycle counting.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Ability to use a calculator and perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift
• Steel-toed footwear required.

Compensation:

• The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00 - $24.00/hour, DOE.Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7am-4pm (may work outside those hours when needed)
• OT and weekends as needed
