Working hours will be M - F, 8:00am to 4:30 pm. As part of our Team, you will be responsible for providing a professional environment and positive attitude and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a quick learner who is very organized, self-motivated, and computer savvy. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with our internal office systems/procedures and includes a combination of answering telephones, data entry, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. Essential Functions Statement(s) Ability to exhibit a professional and positive demeanor toward others to create a team atmosphere. Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, etc.). Input and maintain 8-1-1 locates for companywide job sites. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer, data entry. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of water meters and 8-1-1 tickets. Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. Maintain confidentiality with privileged information. REQUIREMENTS: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Experience a plus. Valid Driver's License to legally operate a motor vehicle. Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, general knowledge of computer use and typing. Dress code is business casual.
