Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT department. Reporting directly to the Director of IT, the Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business units and IT, supporting enterprise applications including CET, IFS, Radley, Salesforce, and other internal platforms. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity across departments. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Planning, IT, and Customer Support, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for CET, IFS, Radley, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.

• Support application testing, including development of test plans, execution of test cases, and validation of results.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination and project milestones.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as charters, timelines, risk logs and stakeholder communications.

• Direct team tasks on projects by conducting regular status meetings reviewing project activities.

• Actively identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle.

• Plan and drive training initiatives for stakeholders as necessary.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems, including data migration, cleansing and validation.

• Provides technical expertise when necessary.

• Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement across business processes and systems, including automation, workflow optimization, and enhanced data utilization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field and 2-4 years of experience.

• Experience in business analysis or enterprise application support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work well in a team environment, specifically with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems integration.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.

Preferred

• PMP certification

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile projects
• Working knowledge of the cost, timeline, and resources necessary for deploying custom software applications
• Experience with Atlassian Jira is a plus
