General Information Country: USA State: Michigan City: Grand Rapids Office Location: 901 44th Street SE - - - - - Date posted: 17-Sep-2025 Business Function: Accounting/Finance Position Type: Full-Time/Regular Description Steelcase is hiring a Senior Global IT Auditor to join our global team by conducting value-added audits to ensure controls over the company's new and existing information technology is commensurate with technology risks, including cybersecurity and SOX modernization. Minimum Qualifications: Three or more years of IT Audit or related experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics or similar technical field Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred Skills and Competencies: CISA, CISSP or other relevant professional certification Information technology or financial systems knowledge SEC client or manufacturing experience Proficient in data visualization, Tableau, programming and/or Python What you will be doing: Your goal in this position is to help the Global Internal Audit team identify risks and opportunities for improvement while becoming a trusted partner with the IT organization and build connections across the company. As a part of the Global Internal Audit team, you will lead the execution of the internal audit plan and activities, which include: Perform audits of systems processes and controls Test Information Technology General Controls supporting the SOX program and external audit Participate in the implementation of ERP systems across the company and its subsidiaries with a focus on compliance and control Monitor the cybersecurity framework and collaborate with experts on cyber risks and controls Develop compliance solutions around data through discovery of potential financial/operational risks and issues through audits of data architecture and quality Develop your skills through specific trainings and broad experience across the company, creating opportunities for future rotations into another finance functional team Act as the face of the global internal audit team when leading audit projects and facilitate the communication of audit reports with management Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits: Nurse and massage therapist onsite for employees Cell phone reimbursement monthly Ongoing learning through LinkedIn Learning Who We Are: Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
