Warehouse Lead

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Lead to guide and support a production team while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met every day.

Pay: $21-$22/hr + incentive

Shift: Day shift only

What You'll Do

• Train and mentor team members on production, quality control, and safety processes
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and production records; ensure accuracy and compliance
• Track and document team performance to meet production goals
• Conduct and record random quality control inspections
• Motivate and coach employees to improve performance
• Enforce company processes and standards consistently
• Document any attendance, performance, or safety issues
• Review daily production goals with customer management
• Communicate and collaborate with customer leadership to address and adjust priorities

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in a production/warehouse environment
• Leadership experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Previous warehouse experience required
