Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Contracts Analyst to establish and maintain a centralized repository of software contracts, with a strong focus on supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role involves conducting comprehensive contract reviews, ensuring documentation accuracy, and developing standardized procedures for contract intake, review, and archiving. The ideal candidate has experience with contract compliance in aerospace and defense, understands M&A processes, and excels at building efficient, repeatable processes that ensure compliance and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities
*Establish, upload, and maintain software contracts and amendments in a centralized repository.
*Audit repository contents to ensure documentation is complete, current, and accurate.
*Review contracts for compliance with corporate policies, terms, and conditions.
*Develop and refine standardized processes for contract review, intake, and archiving.
*Prepare summary reports of key contract terms, risks, and obligations for stakeholders.
*Support M&A due diligence activities by identifying, reviewing, and tracking key contractual clauses (including divestiture-related terms).
*Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract retrieval and review procedures.

Required Qualifications
*Understanding of legal, compliance, and contractual requirements related to supplier agreements.
*Experience with M&A processes in aerospace and defense or other regulated industries.
*Proven ability to implement processes and workflows for contract management.
*Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
*Effective communicator with the ability to train and support diverse stakeholders.
*Computer Savvy with experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
*Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting aerospace and defense software contracts.
*Certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA, IACCM) or project management (e.g., PMP).
