Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Logistics and Warehousing, is responsible for overseeing the activity, administration, and storage of supplies and materials for the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Analyze logistics data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage the daily logistics operations, which include overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse activities, and the order fulfillment cycle.
- Create and manage department budgets, analyze logistics costs, and review P&L performance to find savings opportunities.
- Supervise, train, and develop logistics and warehouse teams. Set departmental goals and track performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure optimal performance and favorable rates.
- Ensure all logistics activities adhere to internal policies as well as local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and manufacturing, to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, such as delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, and supply chain disruptions.
- Purchase supplies including drug product excipients, packaging components, and equipment parts.
- Maintain CTM Inventory and Depot shipping of CTM Materials and Returns.
- Oversees all sampling and dispensing of raw materials.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and management in an effective manner consistent with Company Values towards defined Corporate Objectives.
- Understands Company Policy and procedure to be able to guide direct reports appropriately.
Knowledge & Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field and a minimum of six years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience with Supply chain systems, tools, and technologies, as well as familiarity with GMP compliance requirements a plus.
- Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with production management software and standard office applications.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Travel Requirements:
- Position may require prolonged sitting, prolonged standing, and climbing; the ability to push, pull, drag and/or lift up to 10 pounds of force constantly, with exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned, or to make general observations of facilities or structures. Workers are also required to have visual acuity to perform activities such as operating machines such as drill presses, power saws, where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach.
- The worker will be required to work outside in all conditions, including, but not limited to heat, cold, rain and snow.
Compensation: At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $127,000 to $143,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual's salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs. Base salary is one part of the overall compensation package, which includes the opportunity to participate in employee stock purchase programs and performance-based bonus programs.
