City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: SENTARA THERAPY CENTER - CANCER REHAB MEDICAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON-SITE UNTIL 6 PM LOCATION: 6251 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Suite 400 Norfolk, VA 23502Located on the 4thfloor of the Brock Cancer Center Summary Leads front desk operations & collaborates with supervisors on day-to-day clinic operations, checks patients in, schedules appointments, collects demographics information, updates registrations, collects copays, manages insurance work ques, communicates insurance updates to insurance teams, addresses customer service concerns within scope, supply ordering, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments in the shared suite.
