Primary Function The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to assigned business units, aligning people strategies with business priorities. The HRBP will advance organizational capability, foster a culture of engagement and belonging, and ensure operational excellence by delivering HR solutions that are innovative, scalable, and aligned with ChristianaCare's mission. Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
