Location: 100 S Main St #207, Smyrna, DE 19977 ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing practice in Smyrna, Delaware. Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply! Position Highlights:
- Team Composition: 3 physicians, 3 NPs
- Patient Demographics: Internal Medicine for patients over 18 years old, Family Medicine for all ages
- Patient Panel: Opportunity to build own panel. Practice providers see 12-18 patients on avg.
- Virtual Flexibility: 36 patient facing hours [4 hours optional telehealth included] with 4 hours admin time. Opportunity for one virtual day per week via combing admin and tele time.
- Call Schedule: Shared call schedule of 1:9 with another local practice, averaging 3-10 calls per week.
- Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available.
- Onsite Service Support: GYN, Ophthalmology, Cardio, Endo, labs & imaging and case management for chronic disease. In office pharmacy assistance. Inboxologist to keep patient inbox clear. Implementation of AI DAX Copilot scribe service in the fall. Note taking simplified so you can focus more on the patient rather than your laptop!

- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Annual Compensation Range $251,302.00 - $361,417.00
The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including, but not limited to, productivity incentives, value-based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the above range or, less frequently, may offer a level of compensation outside the listed range as warranted by the circumstances.
