As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of a fast-paced team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to hone your administrative skills while collaborating with a team of passionate professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for multiple managers, optimizing schedules and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange travel logistics, process expense reports, and handle other administrative tasks related to team operations.
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and offsites, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage department finances, personnel operations, and facility-related tasks, showcasing your organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Handle procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Provide general office support and serve as the primary point of contact for the department.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing calendars using Outlook.
- 5+ years of experience providing comprehensive team support, including headcount management, onboarding, and other administrative functions.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Prior experience working at Microsoft.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with large technology companies.
- Background in sales or customer service.
