As an integral part of the team, you will:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports.
- Organize meetings and events, from logistics to execution.
- Handle equipment management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and office space logistics.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, acting as a key point of contact.
- Tackle special projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support.
- Proficiency with standard office software and calendaring tools.
- Proven ability in event planning and execution.
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, handling ambiguity, and presenting information effectively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience supporting executive-level offices.
- Proactive work style and excellent communication skills.
