Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support the implementation for Advisor Payout System (APS). This high-priority role requires strong Excel capabilities and a solid understanding of commission structures within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the rollout and implementation of APS (Advisor Payout System) Support commission payout processes for financial advisors Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant operations Train internal teams on new system functionalities Generate and manage complex reports using Excel Skills payroll, implementation, excel, financial industry Top Skills Details payroll,implementation,excel,financial industry Additional Skills & Qualifications High-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) Experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to payroll or commission operations Familiarity with commission structures and regulatory compliance Involvement in payroll system implementations (support role preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Licenses strongly preferred: Series 7 and FIE (Series 4 and 63 a plus) Experience Level Intermediate Leve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53.45 - $53.45/hr.
