Reporting to the Vice President, People Strategy & Culture, this role is positioned to shape the way we grow talent, optimize performance, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning. From enterprise-wide development initiatives to performance management systems and associate engagement, this leader will design and deliver programs that drive measurable outcomes and empower growth across all levels of the organization. Compensation & Work Environment Details:
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
- Bonus Target: 15% of annual salary
- Work Environment: Remote with up to 10% of travel required
What You'll Do:
- Architect Enterprise Learning: Design and lead learning strategies that strengthen onboarding, leadership development, functional training, and career mobility.
- Drive Performance Enablement: Provide strategic oversight of performance management tools and processes, including goal setting, feedback, reviews, and associate engagement surveys.
- Operationalize Scalable Solutions: Build frameworks and programs that align with workforce planning, compliance, and business growth while ensuring flexibility across business units.
- Leverage Technology: Own the Learning Management System (LMS) strategy, administration, and integrations; evaluate and implement digital learning platforms that support a hybrid, scalable environment.
- Measure What Matters: Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
- Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with HRBPs, executives, and business leaders to align talent development with organizational priorities and performance outcomes.
- Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing L&D team and vendor partners, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Champion Engagement: Oversee the Associate Experience Survey lifecycle and reporting, ensuring insights drive meaningful action.
- Ensure Compliance: Deliver required training and maintain audit readiness through smart use of data and automation.
- Build Culture: Promote internal mobility, upskilling, and continuous learning through programs that empower associates at every level.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
- Learning Expertise: Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance consulting.
- Tech Savvy: Experience managing LMS platforms and performance management systems; Workday experience is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled at leveraging data from training programs, engagement surveys, and performance tools to generate insights and improvements.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Collaborative Leader: Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in cross-functional partnerships.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to design and deliver programs that drive associate development, engagement, and business performance.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set.
