Purpose
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and leadership to Worley and its customers, delivering innovative and sustainable civil engineering solutions. You will support and supervise within the civil engineering team while ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering services that meet Worley, customer, and regulatory requirements - on time and within budget.

• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior and intermediate staff to support professional growth.

• Advise Lead Engineers, Project Managers, and other disciplines on applicable environmental and civil regulatory requirements.

• Manage discipline resource hours and schedules to meet project deliverables.

• Liaise directly with customers and proactively resolve any discrepancies between Worley and client expectations.

• Provide expertise in site earthwork planning, land development, grading and drainage design, haul roads, crossings, and access infrastructure.

• Lead the design of stormwater management systems, including retention/detention ponds, lift stations, discharge systems, and erosion/sediment control plans.

• Develop and review civil specifications, design calculations, and reports.

• Perform underground utility design, including culverts and subdrains.

• Prepare material take-offs (MTOs), cost estimates, tender documentation, and participate in bid evaluation processes.

• Ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance in all civil deliverables.

• Stay current with the latest technical innovations and standards in civil engineering.

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.

• Strong technical and practical skills, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.

• Solid knowledge of applicable local and international codes, standards, and regulations.

• Expertise in earthworks, drainage, stormwater, and infrastructure design.

• Proven experience working on multi-disciplinary projects and collaborating across teams.

• Proficiency with civil engineering software and MS Office Suite.

• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States, or ability to obtain immediately upon hire.
